Para el último trimestre de 2020, BVS España propuso realizar un estudio de usuarios en cuanto a satisfacción e identificación de necesidades relacionadas con el portal y con los productos y servicios que ofrece.
El formulario es anónimo y todas las preguntas son voluntarias.
